Persie ‘Gin & Fizz’ Charity Evening at Blair Castle Horse Trials
Join us to mix and mingle! Try new drinks and make new friends. Raise a glass and raise some cash for this year’s charity the Equine Grass Sickness Fund.
Each ticket includes three drinks. Here are the choices available on the day:
Kir Royale
Isle of Arran Cassis topped with Prosecco and blueberries. A collaboration between Arran Gin and Persie Distillery, this aromatic cassis is made with fresh, hand-picked blackberries from Whiting Bay.
French 75Persie Dachshund Gin Liqueur topped with Prosecco and fresh mint. This hugely popular liqueur is made with fresh, hand-pressed limes and oranges. It is sweet and sharp – just like the breed – and is raising money for dog rescue too!
Maraschino Cherry Cocktail
Persie Sweet & Nutty Old Tom Gin with sugar cubes and Angostura Bitters, topped with Prosecco and a maraschino cherry. The root ginger in the gin is perfectly complemented by a sweet kick from the cherry.
Gin & Mixer
Blair Horse Trials 2022 Special Edition Gin with the mixer of your choice – classic tonic, lemonade or ginger ale. This traditional gin has top notes of fresh cut grass and hay and is served with a carrot and apple garnish.
