New case questionnaire launched. Please report all cases of grass sickness
Our new case questionnaire delves further into the circumstances surrounding grass sickness cases than our old case report form. Please report all cases of grass sickness, including chronic cases that are still ongoing. You can also complete this for cases that you have previously reported to us, if you feel there is additional information that was not captured, but please note this on the survey so that we don’t double count any cases.
