Calling all survivors!
We are very excited to say that there will be an EGS Survivors’ Parade at the Royal Highland Show on Sunday 21st June 2015.
If you have a survivor in rude health who you would love to show off, or have lost a horse to grass sickness and would like to walk with us in the parade we would love to hear from you. The parade will take around 15 minutes, the horses/ponies can participate ridden or inhand and it takes place in one of the smaller, quieter rings (apart from the airplanes next door!) around lunchtime.
If all goes well and the wind is behind them, we are hoping that the parade will be led by EGS Survivor Candy, fresh from her 250 walk from Spey Bay. There will be rosettes (and carrots) for all the participants and refreshments for our (human) guests afterwards.
