And they are off! Candy’s walk begins…
Saturday dawned fine and a crowd gathered at the Dolphin Centre at Spey Bay
to give Team Candyfox a good send off. Amongst them was another EGS survivor, shetland Eva, who will see her friend Candy again at the Survivors’ Parade at the Royal Highland Show.
Joining for the first day was a crowd from Cranloch Riding Centre
and everyone enjoyed a welcome stop half way for a Fochabers Ice Cream.
On the second day the trio walked 12 miles from Boat O Brig to Aberlour. The weather was not so kind and Candy missed her friends from the day before, giving the odd whinny but mostly stepping out with Leanne as pathfinder.
