We are pleased to invite you to attend an evening we are hosting in association with Equine Grass Sickness Fundand Moredun Research Institute on the novel approaches being used to unlock the Equine Grass Sickness (EGS) puzzle on Wednesday, 15th November 2023.

Grass Sickness remains a major cause of mortality in horses and ponies in Britain with an estimated 80% of cases proving fatal. A number of chronic cases do survive with specialised intensive nursing and many of those horses and ponies have gone on to live a full working life.

Join us to hear from Rossdales Clinical Director and Specialist Emily Floyd MRCVS about how to recognise the clinical signs associated with EGS. She will be joined by EGS project researchers from the Moredun Research Institute, who will talk about the EGS Biobank and discuss exciting new approaches towards finding the causes of this devastating disease.
