This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the terms upon which you may make use of the Equine Grass Sickness Fund website at www.grasssickness.org.uk  (“our site”). Please read these terms carefully. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

Please note that these terms of use apply to adults. You may not use the website and may not accept the Terms of Use if you are under 16 years of age. This website is operated by The Equine Grass Sickness Fund which is administrated within, and is a division of, The Moredun Foundation. The Moredun Foundation is registered in Scotland under company number SC151865 and has its registered office at Pentlands Science Park, Bush Loan, Penicuik EH26 0PZ. The VAT registration number of the Moredun Foundation is GB 663 8239 11.

The intellectual property rights of the names and logos and the contents of our site are owned by The Moredun Foundation. Reproduction of the contents of our website www.grasssickness.org.uk  is permitted only in accordance with the following terms:

You may view the contents of our site on screen. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference or private study. In addition, any page or section of our site may be reproduced for teaching or study purposes without obtaining our prior consent. You may print and copy these pages for your private study or for teaching purposes in schools, colleges or universities, provided that the relevant document is printed and copied entirely and is not used in a derogatory or misleading context, and that a maximum of 30 copies are made.
